Welcome to DevJourney. By downloading, accessing, or playing the DevJourney application, you
agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use
the application.
1. License Grant
The developer, Mk Sikander (Account Owner: Mohd Kafeel), grants you a personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use DevJourney solely for
personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.
2. User Accounts & Authentication
Account creation is mandatory to play DevJourney. You must sign in with an authorized Google account via single
sign-on (OAuth) to access the application and save your progress. DevJourney does not support guest play. We do
not collect or store separate usernames or passwords on our servers. You are responsible for safeguarding your
Google account. You may terminate your account at any time by ceasing use of the app and requesting account
deletion via our Account Deletion Page or by emailing mtq751@gmail.com.
DevJourney offers optional premium upgrades ("DevJourney Pro") through in-app purchases and auto-renewing
subscriptions to unlock enhanced gameplay features, career storylines, and executive paths.
3.1 Merchant of Record & Billing
All in-app purchases and subscriptions are billed and processed exclusively through Google Play Billing
(Google LLC). Google LLC is the sole merchant of record for all transactions. The developer does not
receive, collect, or store any payment card information, bank credentials, or billing addresses.
3.2 Subscription Plan (3-Month / Quarterly)
Access & Duration: The 3-month recurring subscription provides uninterrupted access to
DevJourney Pro features for a 3-month (quarterly) billing cycle.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each 3-month billing cycle
at the standard applicable store rate unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current
period ends.
Charging Window: Your Google Play payment method will be charged automatically within the
24-hour window prior to the end of the active 3-month subscription period.
How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google
Play: open the Google Play Store app → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions →
Subscriptions → DevJourney → Cancel subscription.
Effect of Cancellation: Cancelling stops recurring billing for future cycles. You will
continue to have full access to DevJourney Pro until the end of the prepaid 3-month billing cycle. Please
note that uninstalling the app or deleting your DevJourney account does NOT automatically cancel your Google
Play subscription; you must cancel it in Google Play.
3.3 Lifetime Purchase (One-Time Non-Consumable)
One-Time Charge: The "Lifetime" tier is a single, non-recurring purchase. It does
not auto-renew, and you will never be charged any recurring subscription fees for this tier.
Scope of "Lifetime": "Lifetime" refers to the operational and supported life of the
DevJourney application as maintained and made available by the developer on the Google Play platform. It grants
perpetual access to DevJourney Pro features for that account as long as the application remains available on the
platform.
Account Association: Lifetime access is tied to your authorized Google Account (via Firebase
UID and RevenueCat). It cannot be transferred to a different Google account.
Restoring Purchases: If you change or upgrade devices or reinstall the app, you can restore
your Lifetime purchase without paying again by tapping "Restore Purchases" while signed into
the same Google Account.
3.4 Refund Policy & Avoiding Disputes
Refund Jurisdiction: Because all transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play
Billing, all refund requests are governed strictly by Google Play’s official Refund Policies.
The developer has no direct access to financial rails and cannot issue cash, wire, or direct credit card
refunds.
Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, submit a request directly through Google Play
within Google’s standard eligibility window (typically within 48 hours of purchase) via Google Play Order
History or via the Google Play Help Center.
No Prorated Refunds: Except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws,
subscription payments are non-refundable for partial, unused, or lapsed billing intervals once charged.
Automatic Entitlement Revocation: If a refund or chargeback is issued or approved by Google
Play or your financial institution, all DevJourney Pro entitlements, features, and privileges associated with
that purchase will be immediately and automatically revoked.
Protection Against Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate chargebacks or fraudulent
claims may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of the associated DevJourney game
account.
Any virtual finances, salaries, stock options, startup equity, company valuations, or assets depicted within
DevJourney are strictly fictional simulation metrics for entertainment purposes only. They have zero
real-world monetary value, are not real currency or property, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn,
transferred, sold, or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to DevJourney (including source code, visual
design, audio, game logic, narratives, characters, and trademarks) are the property of the developer, Mk
Sikander. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the
application.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble any part of the application.
Use cheats, automation tools, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software to alter game operation.
Exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for unauthorized entitlement unlock.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DevJourney if you violate these Terms. You may
terminate your agreement at any time by ceasing use of the app and requesting account deletion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
DevJourney is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or
implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every
hardware device.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of DevJourney (Mk Sikander / Mohd Kafeel) shall
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related
to your use of or inability to use the application.
